Orders & Payment

We accept all payment methods via Paypal.

Your order will be shipped out within 5 working days of you placing your order unless otherwise notified. Do let us know if you require your purchase sooner, we'll try our best to accommodate your needs!

Handmade

All of our products (unless stated) are handmade lovingly by us, here at TSL. Due to this, the same product will differ slightly. That does mean though, that your product is unique and one of a kind! Do also note that leathers and wood used are genuine unless stated otherwise, and will have their own natural markings. 

We also source our raw materials in smaller batches, so sometimes the colours might not come out the same as before, we'll try to let you know when the differences are of course, major :) 

Do note also that sometimes we aren't able to bring back certain products because our suppliers don't have it anymore :( Do let us know if you really want something, and we'll try our best! 

Shipping

Because we want everyone to know and love TSL, we ship everywhere! We are headquartered in both Singapore and Hong Kong, so don't be surprised if you get a package from either location!

For local shipping (within Singapore or Hong Kong), you should expect your package within 3-5 working days of your order being shipped out. 

For overseas shipping, you should expect your package within 6-14 working days of your order being shipped out.

Do note that these timings are rough estimates (of course, the further away you are from us, the longer it might take) and hopefully they arrive sooner than later! 

Returns

We take great pride in making sure that all our handmade products are of the highest quality possible. For any incorrect items that have been shipped to you, do let us know within 7 days so that we can rectify this quickly. 

If you have received a defective item, do snap a picture for us and send it to [email protected] with your order number within 7 days. We will then proceed to do an exchange for you, subject to stock availability. Otherwise, we will proceed with a full refund. 

Care instructions

Products at TSL are made with tender loving care and need to be treated with loads of TLC too.

Scarves are best hand-washed gently with mild soap and water and then laid out on a flat surface to dry completely before storing. Do not wring or tug at the fabric as it might cause the product to go out of shape. 

Leather items, if stained or dirtied, are best wiped with a slightly damp cloth, and then wiped dry immediately. We advise you to try not to let water touch your leather bracelets as far as possible.
